Investment Analyst

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investment Analyst with strong expertise in India’s public equity markets and a well-rounded understanding of multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving investment strategy, managing portfolios, and delivering consistent returns while aligning with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage investment strategies focused on India’s public equity markets Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance monitoring Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes (equity, debt, alternatives, etc.) Provide strategic insights on market trends, risks, and opportunities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align investment decisions with business objectives Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies Mentor and guide junior analysts and investment team members Key Requirements: CFA qualified (mandatory) Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience Strong experience in India’s public equity markets Good understanding of multiple asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives, etc.) Proven track record in portfolio management and investment decision-making Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
