Position Summary Bradford Allen is seeking an Analyst to join our team.

This position offers the rare opportunity to work across a variety of real estate investment functions such as Acquisitions, Development, Debt & Equity Placement, Asset Management, and Investor Reporting. Bradford Allen is looking for a self-starter, who is highly collaborative, analytical and has a strong interest in real estate. Responsibilities Perform financial modeling and analysis of new real estate investment opportunities.

Provide analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, lease transactions, etc. Prepare investment memorandums for potential investment opportunities. Assist with conducting due diligence for investments under contract.

Complete asset dashboards on a quarterly basis to track asset performance. Maintain investment models for owned assets and assist in evaluation of hold/sell/refinance scenarios. Qualifications 1-3 years of professional real estate experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate or other related field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong financial modeling skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. High attention to detail. Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.

Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
