Intune Engineer

Overview An Intune Job/Engineer/Microsoft Intune Administrator, manages cloud-based endpoint security and configuration for Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices. They handle MDM/MAM, deploy apps, set compliance policies, and use tools like Windows Autopilot. Responsibilities Device Management (MDM/MAM): Enroll, configure, and secure corporate and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) devices using Microsoft Intune. Security & Compliance: Create, deploy, and monitor compliance policies, BitLocker, firewall settings, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Application Deployment: Package, distribute, and update applications across various platforms. Deployment Methods: Utilize Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and manage device updates via Windows Update for Business. Identity & Access: Integrate with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for conditional access and role-based access control. Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve enrollment, policy, and app deployment issues. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
