Interview Engineer

Ollosoft Technologies is growing its community of Interview Engineers — experienced software developers who conduct structured technical interviews for engineering teams around the world. What you’ll do • Conduct technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias-free platform • Assess candidates’ coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving approach • Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate’s performance • Help refine interview content and processes over time What we’re looking for • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer / Engineer (strict requirement — applications below 5 years will not be considered) • Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms • Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with a professional, candidate-friendly manner • A reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection • Prior experience conducting technical interviews is a plus The details • 100% remote — work from anywhere • Flexible hours — choose a commitment that suits you ( 40 hours minimum a week ) • Competitive compensation starting from 18+ LPA • A great fit for senior engineers who want meaningful, flexible work alongside their main role
