About the Role
We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven International Cold Callers to join our growing sales team. If you have experience speaking with international clients and enjoy sales, lead generation, and appointment setting, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you have worked in an International BPO, Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Inside Sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to international prospects.
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce our services professionally and create interest.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
- Book appointments for the Business Development team.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain meaningful conversations.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling international cold calls.
- Sales mindset with strong persuasion skills.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Appointment Setting.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
