Role Overview The Assistant Vice President of International Business for Beauty Owned Brands will be responsible for leading the strategic expansion, operational health, and commercial success of our beauty portfolio across key global markets. This leadership role focuses on driving sustainable top-line growth and cross-market profitability, while dramatically improving supply chain efficiency and market agility. The ideal candidate will combine sharp commercial acumen with deep expertise in international regulatory landscapes, stakeholder alignment, and brand building. They will mentor a high-performing team, establish powerful joint business plans with major global retailers, and replicate successful domestic brand-building playbooks to secure international market share. Knowledge and Skill/Qualification Requirements ● Education: PGDM/MBA from a business school. ● Experience: 9 to 12 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in International Business Management, Export Markets, or Global Business Developmentβ€”specifically within the Beauty, Cosmetics, or FMCG sectors. ● Retail Network: Prior experience handling premium global beauty retailers (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, SpaceNK, Nysaa) or south asian markets iis highly advantageous. ● Skills: Master negotiator with excellent financial acumen (P&L management), strategic agility, and a strong analytical mindset. ● Leadership: Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and developing team capabilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Topline & Revenue Management ● Lead the commercial strategy to ensure the absolute achievement of net sales revenue targets across all designated export territories, including the UK, UAE, and Mauritius. ● Identify market expansion opportunities and continuous revenue streams within existing international channels to align with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). 2. Profitability & Financial Stewardship ● Own the bottom-line performance across all export markets, ensuring EBITDA margins meet or exceed regional and consolidated financial targets. ● Optimize pricing architectures, margin structures, and commercial terms to defend and grow profitability in diverse economic landscapes. 3. Business Health & Operational Hygiene ● Dramatically elevate supply chain agility by optimizing inventory months of cover to ensure lean, sustainable stock levels. ● Accelerate time-to-market by significantly crunching product and brand registration timelines across international regulatory bodies. ● Drive product availability across all international touchpoints to eliminate lost sales and maximize shelf presence 4.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management ● Team Capability: Build and nurture international business talent by designing and executing structured Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and upskilling the team in core competencies like advanced negotiation and data analytics. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Supply Chain to reduce friction in the delivery process, minimize stock-outs, and improve overall stock health. Collaboratively manage trade spend variances alongside Brand and Finance teams to ensure strict budget alignment. ● Strategic Retail Partnerships: Establish, negotiate, and execute formal Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with premier international retail partners, including Nysaa and Jetharam Tulsidas, to unlock mutual, sustainable growth. 5. Brand Building & Global Awareness ● Orchestrate high-impact market launches in new international territories, such as the UK, measuring success through digital proxies like direct retailer website searches and Product Detail Page (PDP) views with key partners like SpaceNK. ● Adapt and execute high-visibility brand activation playbooks successfully proven in the domestic Indian market, tailoring them to resonate with consumers in the UAE and Mauritius.
