About the Role
This is much more than answering phones and emails.
You’ll become a trusted point of contact for our customers by:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Preparing quotations, processing sales orders and purchase orders.
- Providing technical product advice and solutions.
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Working with our trade counter staff, warehouse and workshop teams
- Learning our products and becoming an industry expert.
- Assisting on the trade counter during busy periods or when required.
About you - You’ll fit in well if you:
- Have experience in industrial hose & fittings (preferred but not essential)
- Enjoy building relationships with customers
- Communicate confidently over the phone and in email
- Can stay organised when things get busy
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Like working in a close-knit team
- Have initiative and enjoy solving problems
- Take pride in providing outstanding customer service
