Job Description Key Responsibilities Support delegate and visitor promotion initiatives for conferences, including outreach through email, digital campaigns, and tele-calling. Conduct market and industry research to identify and engage potential delegates, visitors, and partners. Execute targeted outreach to industry stakeholders, associations, and institutions to drive event participation.

Call and follow up with prospective delegates, visitors, and institutional participants to confirm registrations and encourage attendance. Assist exhibitors with post-event support, lead retrieval, and resolving operational queries. Coordinate both onsite and backend logistics, including registrations, help desk, session support, and partner servicing.

Maintain and update databases of visitors, delegates, and exhibitors to ensure accurate and timely communication. Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of delegate and visitor engagement plans.
