We are seeking an Intermodal Trucking Customer Service Representative to support customers, coordinate shipments, and help ensure timely, accurate delivery updates. This role serves as a key communication link among customers, dispatch teams, and carriers while resolving issues and maintaining complete shipment documentation.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support for intermodal shipments.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery updates.
• Coordinate dispatch communications and carrier activities.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation.
• Resolve shipment issues and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with carriers to support efficient deliveries.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in intermodal transportation customer service.
