Contribute to application security as an Intermediate Software Developer in Calgary or Edmonton with Raise. Engage in Code Vulnerability Remediation, enhancing software security in a leading financial firm. Raise is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer for a high-priority initiative focused on remediating code vulnerabilities.
In this eight-month contract, you will investigate, code, and deploy security fixes to improve application health. Candidates should have experience in Java or Python and modern frameworks, with a strong quality assurance background. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and remediate software vulnerabilities effectively • Write unit tests and verify automated test suites • Utilize CI/CD tools for code deployment in production • Manage compliance paperwork and secure approvals • Optimize remediation workflows using AI tools Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of software development experience • Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, and JavaScript • Hands-on experience with GitLab or GitHub • Strong ability to maintain automated test suites • Excellent communication skills with technical teams Elevate application security by implementing robust fixes and ensuring the integrity of critical systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
