Key Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Preparing financial statements (including GPFS) & income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
\n
• Preparation of BAS/ IAS, and other statutory compliance
\n
• Managing Div 7A loans, GST, CGT and FBT matters
\n
• Staying up to date with taxation and legislative changes
\n
• Work closely with a supportive, collaborative and high-performing team
\n
• Gain exposure to tax planning and business advisory, with opportunities to attend client meetings alongside senior team members
\n

Skills and Experience:\n
\n

\n
• 2+ years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field
\n
• Experience working with business and trust clients
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
\n
• Current and ongoing working rights in Australia
\n
