Role Description: We are seeking a Project Manager - Home Interiors who brings precision, ownership, and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship. This role is central to delivering a seamless execution experience, ensuring that every project reflects the design intent and meets the highest standards of finish and detail. You will serve as the primary interface between the client and internal teams, orchestrating every stage of execution with clarity, control, and finesse. Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the execution lifecycle Conduct a detailed review of drawings and BOQs, ensuring clarity of scope and alignment with client expectations Oversee material receipt and validation from the warehouse as per approved specifications Drive end-to-end site coordination, ensuring timelines, quality, and sequencing are maintained Provide structured progress updates to clients, ensuring complete transparency Collaborate closely with design, production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure cohesive execution Supervise installation teams to ensure work is delivered in line with design intent, safety norms, and quality benchmarks Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to deliver a refined and elevated customer experience Proactively address client concerns with thoughtful, solution-oriented coordination. Qualification & Attributes: Graduate or equivalent qualification Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-facing orientation Proven experience in site execution within interior projects Working knowledge of Google Suite / MS Office tools Understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution sequencing High attention to detail with a no-compromise approach to quality Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams A high ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes Experience in modular interiors, kitchens, wardrobes, storage, or fit-outs is preferred What sets this role apart: This role goes beyond coordination, it is about delivering an experience defined by precision, trust, and excellence.
