Interior Designer (Luxury Residential & Commercial Construction Projects)

JOB DESCRIPTION - INTERIOR DESIGNER Company: Adira Homes Position: Interior Designer Experience Required: 5–6 Years Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-Time Role Adira Homes is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 5–6 years of experience in premium residential interiors. The candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, client-handling capabilities, and experience in executing luxury home projects from concept to completion. The role involves working closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and clients to deliver high-end residential spaces aligned with the brand standards of a premium construction company.

Key Responsibilities * Develop creative interior design concepts for luxury residential projects. * Prepare space planning, layout designs, mood boards, and presentation decks. * Create detailed working drawings including: * Furniture layouts * False ceiling plans * Electrical layouts * Flooring layouts * Joinery details * Kitchen & wardrobe detailing * Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and execution teams for seamless project delivery. * Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions. * Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements suitable for premium homes. * Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution quality and ensure design compliance. * Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants. * Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets. * Stay updated with current trends in luxury residential interiors and materials. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. * 5–6 years of experience in residential interior designing, preferably in premium/luxury homes. * Strong proficiency in: * AutoCAD * SketchUp * V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape * Photoshop * MS Office * Strong understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, modular detailing, and execution processes. * Excellent presentation and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong eye for aesthetics, detailing, and space planning. Preferred Candidate Profile * Experience handling turnkey residential projects. * Understanding of luxury client expectations and premium design standards. * Ability to independently manage projects from concept to handover. * Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities. * Passion for design innovation and premium living spaces.
