About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Design Sales Specialist with experience in interior sales and residential design consultation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modular interiors, space planning, client engagement, and sales conversion. This role requires balancing creativity with business acumen to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Interior Sales, Home Interiors, Modular Furniture, or Residential Interior Design.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Good understanding of modular interiors and residential space planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales and design.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design software (AutoCAD/SketchUp/3D tools preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
