Interior Design Architect

We're Hiring | Interior Design Architect (8–10 Years) Location : Mumbai (Powai/Vikhroli/ Andheri east) Shift timing : General Mode of working : work from office / 5 days What You'll Do Develop and coordinate interior architectural designs from Concept through Construction Administration phases. Create space planning solutions, test fits, and design layouts for workplace, hospitality, healthcare, and data center projects. Lead the preparation of construction documents, technical details, shop drawing reviews, and material coordination.

Conduct constructability reviews and resolve design coordination issues across disciplines. Coordinate closely with Architects, Design Managers, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, and Construction Teams. Develop detailed interior assemblies including partitions, ceilings, millwork, finishes, doors, and hardware.

Support RFIs, value engineering initiatives, and construction-phase clarifications. Produce conceptual visualizations and presentation materials. Maintain high standards of documentation quality through QA/QC processes.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to design standards and best practices. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. 6–10 years of experience in Interior Architectural Design within the AEC industry. Strong experience delivering workplace, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or data center interior fit-out projects.

Proven ability to lead interior build-out packages and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Expertise in interior detailing, construction documentation, material selection, and finish coordination. Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction methodologies.

Experience supporting site execution and construction coordination is an advantage. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, detailing, templates, and families). Working knowledge of Navisworks, Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Bluebeam .

Experience with SketchUp and Enscape . Familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper is a plus. What Makes You Successful Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
