Interactive Creative Developer (Three.js / React Three Fiber) UK based - Must be based and legally able to work in the UK £600/day inside IR35 12-Month Contract We’re partnering with a global media and entertainment brand to hire an Interactive Creative Developer to build immersive, high-performance digital experiences for major campaign launches and branded storytelling projects. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and engineering, ideal for someone who enjoys translating bold visual concepts into real-time interactive web experiences using modern 3D technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, motion creatives, and technical teams to create visually ambitious campaign work seen by global audiences.

What you’ll be doing Building immersive interactive web experiences using Three.js and React Three Fiber Developing scroll-driven storytelling and motion-led user interactions Translating creative direction into performant, production-ready frontend builds Working closely with design, motion, and creative technology teams Optimising 3D scenes and rendering performance across devices Integrating shaders, animation systems, and real-time rendering workflows Contributing to visually innovative digital campaign experiences Tech stack Three.js React Three Fiber Next.js GSAP / ScrollTrigger @react-three/drei Blender pipelines (GLB / glTF) JavaScript / TypeScript What we’re looking for Strong experience building interactive WebGL or real-time 3D web experiences Excellent JavaScript / TypeScript skills Strong understanding of browser rendering and frontend performance optimisation Experience bridging creative design with technical implementation A portfolio showcasing interactive, experimental, or motion-led digital work Comfortable working in fast-paced creative or agency-style environments Bonus points GLSL / shader experience Motion design background Experience with immersive storytelling systems Agency, studio, or campaign experience If you’re passionate about building next-generation interactive experiences for globally recognised brands, we’d love to hear from you.
