Intelligence Analyst Application Deadline: 5 June 2026 Department: Legal Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Bolton Description To support the Intelligence Data Manager in fraud identification across various workstreams within Davies Group. Key Responsibilities Utilising the available claims data to proactively identify potential fraud instructions from within Keoghs and from within the wider Davies Group claims departments; Undertaking intelligence screening on cases referred into Counter Fraud Services; Liaising with internal clients and potentially external clients to present findings and secure additional fraud instructions into Counter Fraud Services; Identification of themes, trends and changes in behaviours and thereafter reporting regularly into the Intelligence Data Manager and other key stakeholders; Identification and analysis of linked claims and/or serial claimants to support our Linked & Organised Fraud offering; Achieving a daily chargeable target; Working Hours 35 hours per week Monday โ Friday 9am โ 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Primary location for this role is Bolton, Parklands Office.
We also have a presence in Birmingham and Liverpool. We are agile workers with attendance at our offices at least 1 day a week.
