Job Description Job Description Overview: Insurance Sales Agent – Hybrid Remote CA This is a commission-based position. Note: Applicants must reside in the state of California to be considered Bankers Life® is seeking for future or upcoming agents to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. Bankers Life agents are provided pre-licensing training free of charge; individuals will need to pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products in their state.

This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-year entry level agents average $50,000 - $75,000 experienced agents typically make 6 figures.
