Job Description
● Corporate insurance policy placements for liability, marine, property, crime & cyber, employee medical & life ● Broker evaluation, preparation of RFQ and negotiation with brokers for better coverage and rates. ● Review & negotiation of policy wordings to ensure corporate risks are covered adequately ● Timely endorsement for additions / deletions and maintaining adequate caution deposits ● Prepare right claim documentation and submit promptly to the insurance companies ● Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely settlement of all losses / claims ● Contribute to and enhance overall risk management initiatives taken by the company ● Accounting and reconciliation of expenses, payments made and deposit balances with insurance companies ● Monitor and resolve the issues faced by functional teams (Business, HR, Secretarial etc) ● Ideation and execution of cost reduction / loss mitigation strategies ● Liaise with internal and external auditors for various audit processes
