About the Role We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional with strong expertise in FX & CFDs liquidity distribution, white label brokerage solutions, and institutional partnership development. Good understanding in the operational and institutional side of the global leveraged trading industry and can help scale long-term B2B partnerships internationally. This role focuses on expanding the companyโ€™s B2B institutional business globally, targeting: Small and mid-sized brokerages White label brokerage operators Proprietary trading firms Introducing broker networks Regional financial service groups seeking brokerage infrastructure The successful candidate will play a key role in driving liquidity distribution, brokerage infrastructure partnerships, and regulatory market expansion across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities Institutional Liquidity Sales Distribute institutional FX & CFDs liquidity solutions to brokers and professional trading firms Develop relationships with emerging and established brokerage operators globally Promote multi-asset liquidity, aggregation, and execution services Structure commercial agreements for liquidity partnerships and institutional clients Coordinate onboarding of institutional trading clients and counterparties White Label & Brokerage Solutions Lead end-to-end white label brokerage setup discussions Advise clients on: Brokerage infrastructure Platform setup (MT4 / MT5) Liquidity connectivity CRM and back-office solutions Risk management frameworks Operational workflows Work closely with internal dealing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure successful client launches Pricing Distribution & Institutional Coverage Support institutional pricing distribution and liquidity coverage across multiple regions Coordinate with liquidity providers and internal dealing teams regarding pricing structures and execution quality Understand client flow characteristics and help optimise commercial and risk arrangements Monitor competitor pricing, spreads, and market conditions Regulatory & License Expansion Support Assist institutional partners and prospective clients in understanding regulatory and licensing pathways Support discussions relating to: Offshore brokerage structures Regional licensing frameworks Regulatory onboarding requirements Corporate setup considerations Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external consultants where required Requirements Essential 5+ years of institutional sales experience within: FX / CFDs brokerage Prime brokerage Liquidity distribution White label brokerage solutions Strong network across: Retail brokers White label operators Prop trading firms Introducing brokers Institutional trading communities Strong understanding of: Liquidity aggregation Institutional pricing Brokerage operational infrastructure Margin and leverage models B-book / hybrid brokerage models Proven ability to onboard and manage institutional partnerships Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills Preferred Experience with: MT4 / MT5 PrimeXM OneZero Centroid Institutional bridge solutions Understanding of global regulatory jurisdictions including: FCA ASIC DFSA SFC Offshore licensing structures Existing institutional client base in UK, GCC, APAC, or Australia markets Multilingual capabilities are advantageous What We Offer Competitive salary with high-performance commission structure Opportunity to build institutional business across multiple global regions Exposure to senior industry participants and strategic partnerships Fast-growing international fintech environment Flexible work arrangements depending on jurisdiction Direct involvement in global brokerage expansion and institutional growth initiatives
