They've got one flagship venue in Dallas and are rapidly scaling to 100+ simulator installations across North America by 2026. You'll be joining a fast-growing sports tech company that's backed by serious momentum and expansion plans. The CEO wants daily collaboration with all managers, and you'll have the chance to build something from the ground up in a $90-120k role.

This Installation Manager role lets you own the entire national rollout engine for simulator installations across sports bars and entertainment venues. You'll build processes from scratch, manage field teams, and travel 50% of the time to ensure quality installations nationwide. Hiring manager Notes: Required: 5 - 10 years of experience in operations leadership for multi- day hardware and software installations, ideally from the AV world.

Proven experience leading end- to- end installation projects (site readiness → install → QA → handoff), with accountability for timelines, budget, and quality Experience managing field technicians and coordinating third- party contractors across multiple regions Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent deployments (scheduling, logistics, resource allocation) Ability to troubleshoot installation issues on- site, including basic mechanical, electrical, or system- level problems Builder mentality with a natural curiosity for continuous improvement. Must Have: Experience building installation processes, playbooks, and SOPs from scratch. Hands- on understanding of hardware + software integrated systems (e. g. , AV systems, simulators, interactive displays) Comfortable with up to 50% travel, potentially more initially.

Nice to Have: Familiarity with installation tooling and operations systems (e. g. , CRM, project management tools like Monday. com, inventory/logistics systems) What we're looking for: We are looking for an Installation Manager (Simulators) with 5–10+ years of experience to build and scale a client’s national installation engine from the ground up. This is a highly critical, zero-to-one role where you will take a fragmented, manual installation process and turn it into a repeatable, scalable system that supports rapid expansion across North America. The ideal candidate comes from the AV / audiovisual integration world (or similar), with hands-on experience managing multi-day, multi-site deployments that combine hardware and software.

You are a true builder, someone who has created processes, playbooks, and teams, not just operated within them, and can bring structure, speed, and quality to a fast-growing operation. What will you be doing? Build the installation engine from scratch.

Design and implement end-to-end workflows for site readiness, logistics, installation, testing, and post-install support, turning today’s ad hoc process into a scalable, repeatable system. Own national deployment execution Project managed multiple, simultaneous installations across the U.S., ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality bar. Be on the ground where it matters.

Travel ~50% (higher initially) to installation sites to ensure builds are executed correctly, troubleshoot issues, and step in hands-on when needed. Stand up and manage a contractor network. Source, onboard, and coordinate third-party installation partners across regions to support rapid, multi-site expansion.

Lead and grow the field operations team. Manage in-house technicians, establish training and standards, and partner closely with leadership (reporting directly to the CEO) to build this function into a high-performing operation.
