Inside Sales/Parts Specialist

Well-established Outdoor Recreation Dealer has hired Aspen Personnel to help them find an experienced and motivated person to fill the role of Inside Sales/Parts Specialist in their company. *Job Duties:*

* Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, or via email
* Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct recreational vehicle parts and accessories based on their needs
* Use your knowledge of recreational vehicles and their parts to provide accurate and detailed information to customers
* Collaborate with customers to determine the compatibility and suitability of various parts and accessories for their specific vehicles
* Process parts orders efficiently and accurately using computer systems or manual records
* Maintain and organize inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and storage
* Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to ensure a sufficient supply of commonly used parts and accessories
* Provide recommendations and upsell additional parts, accessories, or related products to customers to enhance their riding experience
* Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and industry knowledge related to recreational vehicle parts and accessories
* Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
* Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders

*Skills and Experience:*

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in recreational vehicles or automotive parts is a plus
* Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the recreational vehicles industry or automotive aftermarket
* Excellent knowledge of various recreational vehicles, their parts, and accessories.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

*Full Time:*

* Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm

*Pay:*

* $45K - $55K Hourly Base Pay + Commission
