Role Title: Inside Sales Specialist Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist Location: Pune Experience: 1 β2 Years Compensation: βΉ 6 LPA CTC + Performance-based Incentives Role Type: Full-time | Hybrid Role Overview We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to lead revenue generation and market expansion within their assigned territory. This is a high-impact, sales-focused role designed for a professional with a strong target-based mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of the customer journey from the initial waitlist call to the final car deployment Key Responsibilites Lead Conversion: Conduct introductory sales calls for new waitlist members and prospective customers.
Onboarding & Compliance: Manage customer verification, KYC processes, and legal document signatures. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and leads to ensure high engagement and retention. Transaction Management: Facilitate payment processing by sending links to co- owners, ensuring successful transactions, and coordinating showroom visits.
End-to-End Deployment: Oversee the entire process from initial onboarding, Signings to the final physical deployment of the vehicle. Strategic Upselling: Cross-sell alternative car models based on specific customer requirements and profiles. Event Support: Assist leadership in promoting brand awareness and lead generation at offline marketing events.
Market Expansion: Execute miscellaneous sales activities to drive territory growth as required by the company. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven relationship-building and negotiation abilities Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset Strong sales acumen with a focus on closures Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment High ownership, accountability, and self-motivation Experience & Qualifications 1β2 years in a sales-centric role (prior experience in B2C, B2B, field sales, or high-value asset sales is a significant advantage). Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with the Mumbai market and geography is preferred.
