Job Description Inside Sales / Shipper and Receiver Customer’s first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch. Picking, preparing and loading purchased product onto the Company truck or customer’s truck. Benefits Health Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-term Disability Short-term Disability RRSP Match Paid Vacation Floating Days Employee Assistance Program Employee Engagement Events Awards and Recognition Tuition reimbursement Service Awards Employee Perks & Discounts Job Responsibilities The customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing Required to pick, prepare and load purchased product onto the Company truck or load the customer’s truck Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility Lifting 80lbs and operate a lift truck Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers Qualifications College diploma and/or 3 or more years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience 3 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience Valid Forklift License – an asset (training can be provided) Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly Strong customer service skills Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset Salary range: $20-22 per hour this is a replacement*** Diversity and Equal Opportunity Employment Roofmart is an equal opportunity employer.
