Job Description Job Description This is a high-volume, one-call close role for competitive salespeople who want uncapped commission and full ownership of their deals. If you can handle rejection, move fast, and close decisively on the phone, this role offers real earning power โ€” immediately. Compensation $15/hour base pay Uncapped 20% commission on every deal Average deal size: ~$2,999 Typical commission per sale: ~$600 Strong performers close multiple deals per week There is no cap on what you can earn.

The Role (Read Carefully) Make 300+ outbound cold calls per day Speak directly with business decision-makers Close deals on the first call (no long sales cycle) Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups (same-day) Veteran closers are available for coaching and deal support This role rewards speed, confidence, and persistence.
