We’re currently hiring a remote Inside Sales Representative to support existing commercial customers in a consultative, customer-focused role. You will partner closely with field technicians and operations teams to guide next steps and ensure a seamless experience.

This role offers uncapped earning potential tied to performance within a high-demand, essential industry. Location Requirement This is a remote role; however, the selected individual must reside within 25 miles of one of our branch locations in the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia. Employees must continue to reside within the required distance of a branch location throughout their employment in this role.

This program will provide hands-on instruction in our sales process, systems, and customer interactions. Compensation $24.00/hour base Uncapped commission Overtime available First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80,000+, with opportunity to exceed Strong performers consistently outperform OTE A Day in the Life As an Inside Sales Representative at Wind River Environmental, your focus is simple: drive revenue and keep our technicians productive by converting field-identified opportunities into completed work.

This is a fast-paced role where responsiveness, organization, and consistent follow-up directly impact your success. You’ll start your day by reviewing service recommendations submitted by technicians across your assigned branches, prioritizing follow-ups, and connecting with customers via phone and email to move opportunities forward. You’ll walk customers through findings, answer questions, explain recommendations clearly, and guide them toward the right solution with confidence and professionalism.

Throughout the day, you’ll manage a high volume of active opportunities across multiple branches while keeping your pipeline organized and progressing inside Salesforce. You’ll generate and manage quotes, document activity, track service orders, and ensure customers stay informed throughout the process. You’ll also work closely with operations teams to align on scope, pricing, scheduling, and execution.

Whether coordinating an urgent request or helping keep a project on track, strong communication and partnership across teams are critical to success in the role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer communication, organization, problem solving, and sales execution in a highly collaborative environment. By the end of the day, you’ll have advanced deals, supported field operations, and helped deliver results for both customers and the business.
