Inside Sales Representative - Machine Tools

Job Description Job Description KAAST Machine Tools is a growing supplier of new CNC & manual machine tools and metal fabrication equipment serving manufacturers across North America. We work with fabrication shops, machine shops, OEMs, and manufacturers across a wide range of industries. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aldan, PA , just outside the greater Philadelphia area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving manufacturing challenges, and building long-term relationships while representing a broad portfolio of industrial machinery. Responsibilities Manage Leads & Pipeline: Qualify and follow up on inbound and warm leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and track all activity in our CRM. Customer Engagement: Analyze customer applications, recommend the ideal KAAST machinery, and deliver compelling presentations with accurate quotes.

Build Relationships: Establish trust and maintain strong connections with new and existing customers. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of KAAST’s extensive product line and stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings. Drive Results: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.

Trade Shows: Attend 2-3 industry events per year. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales or account management; capital equipment or machine tool experience is highly preferred. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.

Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, quick to learn new technologies, and highly organized. Attributes: Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to build rapport with customers; team player who can also work independently.
