Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Lancaster, PA Office (On-site) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 7 PM or 12 PM - 8PM Compensation: $15/hour plus commission-based (2% commission per sale) with additional bonus opportunities.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This is an in-office salary plus commission role with tremendous earning potential.

You will be responsible for closing deals with pre-qualified leads and guiding clients through the sales process to completion. Responsibilities: Contact and follow up with a database of 1,000+ leads who have not yet completed their purchases. Close sales over the phone by addressing customer concerns, explaining services, and creating trust.

Facilitate the completion of deals, including: E-signing estimates with clients. Coordinating financing arrangements. Uploading job details and ensuring accurate data entry.
