WhattoExpectinThisRole: In this role, you will be closing high-ticket products and services, such as 10X events, real estate events, and business events, for our extensive client base of warm leads.
You will transform these leads into success stories. Our sales representatives in this role typically earn an OTE (on-target earnings) of: $100,000–$150,000inthefirstyear $150,000–$200,000inthesecondyear $400,000+ after 3.5 years WorkSchedule: Hoursareastandard5dayworkweekfrom8:20am-6pmwithoccasionalweekendavailabilityforcompanyevents. Call,manage,andclosewarmleadstomeetandexceedsalestargets.
Engagewithprospectsthroughcalls,emails,meetings,andfollow-upstobuildrapportanddemonstratevalue. Conductproductpresentationsandprovidedetailedinformationaboutservicesandevents. MaintainaccuraterecordsofallinteractionsandsalesprogressintheCRMsystem.
Contributetoahigh-energy,goal-orientedteamenvironmentfocusedongrowthandsuccess. QualificationsoftheSalesRepresentative: Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytobuildandmaintainrelationships. Demonstratedabilitytomeetorexceedsalesgoalsandquotas.
Self-motivated,driven,andhungryforsuccesswitha“10X”mindset. AbilitytoworkonsiteinScottsdale,AZ.MondaythroughFriday,withweekendavailabilityasneeded. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
