You will play a key role in our customer experience, building trust with homeowners, understanding their needs, and helping them move forward with solutions that protect and improve their homes.

Join our team and help turn that belief into reality. Compensation- $40,000 per year, plus 3% commission on every dollar sold Location- This is an on-site position located in Tempe, AZ. The Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: Proactively follow up with homeowners to convert previously unsold proposals Serve as a key point of contact for homeowners who request to cancel or modify their installation Build and maintain strong relationships through professional, solution‑focused phone conversations Collaborate with Field Sales, Production, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience Use internal systems and tools to manage customer information and sales activity Do what’s right for the customer while supporting company growth and performance goals What We Offer Base plus commission with the opportunity to make $70-150k+ A supportive culture built on trust, respect, accountability, and having fun while winning.
