Inside Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description Position: Inside Sales Representative Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Classification: Full-Time/Non-Exempt Starting Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 plus potential monthly bonus DESCRIPTION: This position is for an experienced inside sales representative who can assist customers with placing orders, issue quotations, create work tickets and provide excellent service through the entire sales pipeline from start to finish. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: · Receive and respond to customer requests for quotes and sales orders in a timely manner. · Utilize a phone, computer, copy machine and fax machine as needed. · Have good phone and email etiquette. · Provide excellent customer assistance. · Assist the department with other tasks as needed. · Be dependable and have good attendance. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: · 10+ years of telephone-based sales or customer service experience. · Proficient in math and written/verbal communications. · Must be fluent in English and Spanish Company Description California Industrial Fabrics is a leading manufacturer of industrial and recreational fabrics in the US.
