Designation - Unit Head Key Responsibilities: โ A Team Lead is responsible for tracking and analyzing sales metrics, for their team and taking corrective and preventive measures for optimal performance. โ Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help the team develop their skills and improve performance. โ Analyze data to identify gaps in performance and come up with solutions to address business problems. โ Ensure all leads are nurtured and create a good quality strong sales pipeline/funnel for achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets. โ Build a customer oriented mind-set in the team to ensure a WOW customer experience. โ Responsible for managing escalated customer issues and internal challenges ensuring that they are resolved quickly and effectively. โ Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on team performance and SWOT. โ Should communicate effectively and motivate team members to ensure a healthy team culture and positive work environment. Pre- Requisites : โ Prior team management experience โ Strong sales background in an individual capacity โ In-Depth knowledge about the location/city you have applied for. โ Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills โ Prior experience in a target-driven role. โ B2C sales experience is preferred โ Required Exp - 4 years to 8 Years (Min 2 Years of team handling exp) โ Working Days: 6 days (Saturday and Sunday working).
