We are now opening a satellite sales office in San Diego! With more than $900B of credit card debt in the US, we’re poised for substantial growth in 2026 and are looking for smart, fun and engaging people to join our inside sales team. We provide our consumers with many options and your primary job is to guide them through the process to help them pick the program that works best for their current financial situation.

What we do is serious - getting people out of debt. But, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. And, our clients love that about us!

We’re by their side through the entire process and, as an inside sales executive, your job is to help them choose a program where they can focus on living and lose their debt. We have very high expectations of our team, their level of professionalism and the attitude they bring every day. We’re passionate about what we do and we are 100% customer-focused.

You’ll be pushed to do more, think faster, work smarter and challenge your peers. In return, you’ll be compensated accordingly. Level Debt is currently seeking highly motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our expanding Inside Sales team in San Diego, CA.

What You Get To Do In This Role · Work directly with consumers who have inquired about our services · Guide consumers through the process of reviewing all options and effectively assessing their financial goals · Control your destiny and have the potential to earn six figures. · Utilize and leverage internal technology to manage marketing leads effectively · Help people regain control of their lives financially In Order To Be Successful In This Role, We Need Someone Who Has · Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling · General understanding of credit cards, loans and lending or other financial products and services is a plus · Excellent listening, verbal and written skills · Common sense, compassion and a desire to learn · Ability to build connections with consumers, prospects and internal colleagues · Confidence and ability to think and react dynamically · Strong computer skills with experience in lead-tracking or CRM systems · Thrives in a competitive environment and rises to the challenge of a fast-paced environment We provide competitive compensation, a professional (but fun) atmosphere and all the caffeine you need!
