Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive the acquisition of the EazyDiner Co-Branded Credit Card by engaging with EazyDiner’s existing customer base.

The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, pitching the card’s benefits, handling objections and converting customers into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to EazyDiner customers and pitch the co-branded credit card.
• Understand customer needs and explain relevant card benefits, rewards, offers and privileges.
• Generate and convert leads into qualified credit card applications.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Follow up with interested customers to drive application completion and conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal and banking partner teams for smooth application processing.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with defined sales and regulatory guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Highly target-driven with a strong sales orientation.
• Ability to confidently sell products over the phone.
• Good listening, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in inside sales, telesales or tele-calling.
• Experience in credit cards, banking, fintech or financial services preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also be considered.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives.
