Inside Sales Associate

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an energetic, organized, and outgoing Inside Sales Associate to join our team! You will promote our exclusive product lines to new and existing customers throughout the USA. This includes college bookstores, garden centers, and other retailers.

This is a great opportunity with huge upside potential! Responsibilities: Present and sell company products to new and existing customers - primarily Collegiate licensed products Prospect and contact potential customers - we have extensive lead lists already! Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline - this should be easy for the right person!

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints - there shouldn't be man! Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments - just keep selling as our line expands! Create sales material to present to customers - we have staff to help with this! ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields - you MUST have experience.

We are not looking for a car salesman. We want a sincere and dedicated salesperson with drive and passion! Familiarity with CRM platforms - we have the systems to support you!

Ability to build rapport with clients - a HUGE must! Strong negotiation skills - commission based on gross margins soi negotiate well! Deadline and detail-oriented - let's deliver what and when we say we will!
