🚀 We’re Hiring | Innovation, Design & Technology Specialist
Are you passionate about technology, innovation, robotics, AI, and STEM education? Do you enjoy inspiring young minds through hands-on projects and real-world problem-solving?
We are looking for an Innovation, Design & Technology Specialist to create engaging learning experiences through coding, robotics, AI, IoT, design thinking, engineering, and project-based learning (PBL).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in coding, robotics, AI, IoT, design thinking, and engineering.
- Develop and implement project-based learning experiences aligned with the curriculum.
- Mentor students for hackathons, innovation challenges, exhibitions, and competitions.
- Lead technology clubs, innovation labs, makerspace activities, and coding initiatives.
- Manage and maintain innovation labs, makerspaces, equipment, inventory, and safety standards.
- Conduct Design Thinking workshops for students and teachers.
- Facilitate rapid prototyping and creative problem-solving projects.
- Integrate emerging technologies into classroom learning.
- Conduct teacher training, student workshops, and enrichment programs.
- Promote responsible digital citizenship and ethical use of technology.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, robotics, coding, STEM, and educational technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of STEM/STEAM education.
- Teaching or relevant industry experience preferred.
- Experience with IB/Cambridge curriculum will be an advantage.

- Python, Scratch, C++, Java
- Robotics, AI, IoT & Electronics

- Digital fabrication & makerspace tools

- Arduino and Raspberry Pi
- 3D Printing and Laser Cutting
- Drones
- CAD tools such as Fusion 360
- Participation in robotics or innovation competitions
