Job Overview Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) is a global leader in aerospace innovation headquartered in Longueuil, Quebec. This full‑time position, located in Longueuil, focuses on the design, modelling, and analysis of secondary air, lubrication, and fuel systems—critical components for engine thermal management. Responsibilities Lead complete projects of significant scope and complexity related to secondary air systems (SAS), lubrication, and engine thermal management for a variety of power plants and potential aircraft interfaces.

Perform system integration analyses and contribute to design activities. Conduct fluid systems integration analyses and develop solutions to issues encountered during development and in‑service operation. Define requirements by writing the request for test, following up, and supporting validation tests.

Analyze test data, validate system performance, and ensure calibration of analytical models. Provide technical support to production and customers, and contribute to certification activities for new engine programs. Contribute to the development of new technologies and the improvement of analytical tools and processes.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical) or a related field (aerodynamics, thermodynamics), with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 3 to 7 years of experience. Strong interest in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and modelling. Strong system‑level problem‑solving skills.

Work in a French‑speaking environment; requires very good knowledge of English to read, understand, write, and communicate with documentation, customers, suppliers, and international colleagues.
