Infrastructure Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION- Infrastructure Manager Experience- 12+ Location- Mumbai, Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Infra Provisioning: VM - Windows and Linux based - deployment, hardening, patching and debugging outages. Infra Provisioning: Storage and Backup - backup and recovery of VMs/Databases, SAN Storage provisioning AI & Automation Enablement: Champion AI-driven automation to simplify developer workflows, improve platform reliability, and increase operational efficiency. Develop and execute cloud platform strategies aligning with business goals, focusing on resilience, security, cost governance, and performance.

Lead and mentor high-performing teams of cloud platform engineers and observability specialists. Drive security and compliance best practices across cloud infrastructure and services. Oversee incident and problem management to improve platform reliability.

Required Qualifications : 1. Good experience in Linux & Windows based systems including performance tuning, networking, debugging and security for mission-critical applications 2. Expert knowledge of backup and recovery technologies, SAN Storage 3.

Expert Understanding of Middleware and SSL technologies - Tomcat, Weblogic, JBoss, Wildfly, NGINX, Load Balancer, IIS 4. Lead and resolve complex system issues, including server crashes, performance bottlenecks, and network problems following Incident process within agreed SLAs 5. Experience in - OS & 3rd party s/w upgrades & patches, Inventory management, Repository, User access Management, Capacity planning 6.

Hands-on experience with virtualization tools such as KVM, GCP, VMWare with a deep understanding of hypervisor-based virtualization, containerization, and cloud environments. 7. Hands-on experience in design and maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure, including AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies 8. Exposure in Automation, Scripting, Terraform, Ansible 9. 12+ years of experience in infrastructure with at least 3 years as Manager (at least 10 team members)
