Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Chennai Years of Experience : 3-5 Years Notice Period : Immediate joiner/ Days Work Mode : WFO Budget : 5 LPA Maintain FortiGate Firewall policies / Tunnels / VPNs Knowledge of working in small data centres Knowledge in Domain renewals and creation Strong knowledge of IoT ecosystems, Wi-Fi networks, smart platforms and related applications Proven experience in vendor management and large-scale implementations Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Manage project timelines, and implementation progress Identify and engage vendors for IoT, networking, and automation solutions Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows systems. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Any Network issue coordinate with Local ISPs. Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions. Monitor system performance and assist in resolving infrastructure issues. Support LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, and basic network troubleshooting. Assist with system updates, patch management, and antivirus monitoring. Support data backup and recovery procedures. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
