Conviso is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Engineer to join our team in Bethesda, MD. Job Title: Information Security Engineer Location: Bethesda, MD (Onsite) Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities within the network and systems. Implement, configure, and maintain firewalls and other security mechanisms to safeguard network infrastructure.
Analyze and document security threats and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively respond to security threats, resolve technical issues, and allocate resources to provide cost-effective solutions.
