The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions to support enterprise data initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica IICS/IDMC (MANDATORY) components (Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, Application Integration, etc.) Build and optimize mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and reusable components Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud platforms Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Monitor and troubleshoot workflows, ensuring performance tuning and reliability Maintain proper documentation for data pipelines and processes Follow best practices in data governance, security, and compliance Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of experience with strong, hands-on expertise in Informatica IICS/IDMC (MANDATORY) Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) Strong SQL and performance tuning skills Experience working with cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have Experience in Insurance domain (preferred) Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for data integration deployments
