Position: Influencer Campaign Strategist Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai About the Role We are looking for a highly connected, execution-focused Influencer Campaign Strategist who can independently plan, execute, and scale influencer marketing campaigns across categories including lifestyle, fashion, beauty, gaming, fintech, consumer brands, and entertainment. This is not a coordination role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, negotiate effectively, build long-term creator relationships, and deliver campaigns with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities • Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to reporting. • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managers, agencies, and talent networks. • Source creators across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and emerging platforms. • Maintain and continuously grow a proprietary influencer database. • Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, audience insights, and content trends. • Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines with creators. • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, creators, and managers to ensure seamless execution. • Track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations. • Identify trending creators before they become mainstream. • Support celebrity, macro, and mega influencer integrations whenever required. • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or talent management • Strong personal network within the influencer ecosystem. • Existing database of influencers across categories and audience sizes. • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Strong understanding of social media trends, creator economy, and content formats. • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • High ownership mindset and strong execution skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. Bonus Points • Existing relationships with celebrity managers and talent agencies. • Experience handling large-scale campaigns with 50+ creators. • Experience using influencer discovery and analytics tools. • Strong understanding of creator pricing and campaign economics.
