Influencer Marketing Manager Compensation & Work Schedule Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday Key Responsibilities Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to execution Build and maintain relationships with influencers and talent agencies Identify relevant creators aligned with brand goals and trends Coordinate content approvals, timelines, and deliverables Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI Work closely with social media and creative teams for campaign execution Requirements 4–5 years of experience in influencer marketing Mandatory agency experience Strong understanding of Instagram and creator ecosystem Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously Preferred Experience with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands Understanding of UGC and short-form content trends Basic reporting and campaign tracking knowledge How to Apply Share your resume at: [email protected] Subject Line: Influencer Marketing Manager Application
