We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Grow Academy in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the educational experiences of our young children, ensuring they receive the best care and instruction as they grow and learn. *Responsibilities*

* Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that follow established curriculum standards, using the Abeka curriculum to create engaging and effective learning experiences for preschool children. * Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. * Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community. * Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior effectively to promote a respectful learning atmosphere. * Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. * *Qualifications*. * Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting (required). * Strong understanding of childhood development principles (required). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required). * Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred). * Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards (preferred). xhmxlyz * *You must be 21 years of age*
