Job Description Job Description Materials Manager – Run the Flow, Lead the Strategy We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Materials Manager to own procurement, planning, and inventory while keeping production running smoothly. If you can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution—this role is for you. Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (DOE) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (in-person) What You’ll Do Own end-to-end supply chain: procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and sourcing strategy Align materials with production schedules—no shortages, no excess Optimize warehouse flow, inventory accuracy, and logistics operations Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members Drive cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation What You Bring 7–10 years of supply chain experience ( planning, procurement, warehouse required ) Manufacturing environment experience ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) + strong Excel skills Proven leadership and vendor negotiation experience Bonus: APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or ISM (CPSM) Why You’ll Stand Out Data-driven decision maker Strong communicator and team leader Brings grit, discipline, and problem-solving skills If you’re ready to own the supply chain and make an impact—apply now.
