Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Overview Marvin Composites is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Fargo, ND location. In this role, you'll help keep our facility and and manufacturing equipment running efficiently. You'll take on a variety of tasks-troubleshooting, repairing, ordering parts-and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality. You'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and see the direct impact of your contributions.

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week! Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest. Pay: Base rate: $24-37/hr $4.00/hr weekend premium Effective wage potential (baseweekend premiumOT): $27-40/hr pay based on experience Highlights of your role • Provide timely support, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, identify root causes, and ensure thorough follow-up on equipment issues • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Plan work effectively, coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success • Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly • Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap • Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc, to drive innovation You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) • A two-year technical degree or a comparable level of knowledge and skills acquired through relevant work experience • Ability to perform accurate and thorough work with attention to detail • Strong Electrical and Mechanical skills • Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and -led company.
