Industrial Maintenance Technician 2nd (most are averaging 50 hrs/week) What if you could be the go-to person who keeps production running smoothly every day-and the machines literally stop if you're not there? This is a full-production industrial mechanic role.

You'll keep the plant's heavy production equipment-conveyors, balers, shredders, compactors, sorters-running safely, efficiently, and reliably. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic production machinery Perform PM's and installations to prevent downtime Work independently or with a team to keep production on schedule Use maintenance software to document work orders What You Must Have 5 years of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience in production environments Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills Experience with large conveyors (24") and replacing/lacing belts Knowledge of 480V 3-phase motors Experience with telehandlers, forklifts, and loaders Own basic tools (socket sets, wrenches, cordless drill, grinder, multimeter) Valid driver's license Basic Welding knowledge (Not required - but a plus: Hoisting license/ skills. Schedule 160 Pipe welding is a plus) Pay (most are averaging 50 hrs/week) Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance. 401(k) with match stock options.
