Industrial Engineer (San Antonio)

Job Title : Industrial Engineer Location : San Antonio, TX (On-site) Rate to candidate : $40-45/hr on C2C / 1099 Key Responsibilities: Process & Workflow Optimization Conduct line balancing, cycle time analysis, and ergonomics studies to improve efficiency. Support paint shop operations, including process design, material flow, an quality control. Develop and optimize facilities and layout designs for improved throughput and safety.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProE), an engineering software (Minitab, MATLAB). Knowledge of painting processes, including line balancing, material handling and quality assurance in paint shops Experience with StandardPro and/or Modapts for work measurement. Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, and ergonomics Familiarity with ERP systems, MES platforms, and simulation tools.
