Industrial Electrician

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Electrician to join our team in Pearland, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with a solid understanding of blueprint and specification interpretation. This role requires hands-on expertise in wiring systems, switchgear, and industrial electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Read, interpret, and execute electrical work based on blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications . Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in industrial environments. Work with and troubleshoot switchgear, control panels, transformers, and distribution systems .

Perform conduit bending, cable pulling, and termination of wiring systems. Ensure all installations comply with NEC (National Electrical Code) and company safety standards. Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions on time.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician . Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical specifications .

Hands-on experience with switchgear, wiring systems, and electrical installations . Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical systems.

Ability to use electrical testing equipment and tools effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in industrial environments, including exposure to noise, heights, and varying temperatures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and ability to work in Pearland, TX.

Preferred Qualifications Electrical certification or license (Journeyman or equivalent preferred). Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.
