Industrial Design Manager

Responsibilities Lead the the industrial design team (planned team size of 4-5 people) Define brand design strategy and develop next-generation design language across multiple product categories Build user insight capabilities focused on North American customer needs and market trends Lead design-driven innovation projects exploring integration between cleaning products and smart home ecosystems Manage the industrial design team and optimize design processes for cross-department and cross-regional collaboration Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field 10+ years of industrial design experience 5+ years of team management experience Background in smart hardware or home appliances Proven experience leading mass-produced products from concept to production Strong knowledge of brand design strategy, CMF, and mold processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
